About the Founder:
How SkyDeen Came Together
SkyDeen Connections was born from a passion for purpose and service. As a recruiter for a startup company, Kaylyn discovered how deeply rewarding it is to connect people with life-changing job opportunities. Every placement wasn’t just about filling a role, it was about giving someone a new beginning, a new sense of purpose, and a path to stability and growth. That experience lit a fire in her.
At the same time, Kaylyn proudly serves as a CH-47F pilot in the Army, an experience that taught her discipline, leadership, and the true meaning of serving something greater than herself. She knew that whatever she built next needed to reflect those same values: commitment, integrity, and impact.
So SkyDeen Connections was founded with a clear mission: to serve businesses and job seekers with excellence, compassion, and a drive to make a real difference.
